What brands do you work with?

Do you offer custom design services?
Yes, but only to subscribers and for special projects. Part of our mission is to elevate smaller firms and we love to collaborate with them whenever possible.

How is the subscription billed?
Subscription packages are billed annually. We have also done quarterly billing in the past.

What are your payment terms?
CANOA requires payment up front for any orders. The only way we can guarantee speed and lead times is by treating our suppliers fairly and getting them paid as quickly as possible.

Do you offer financing?
Yes. We offer short term accounts payable financing for subscribers that want to move fast but must respect internal payment periods. We can finance up to 90 days.

Soon. We are working on opening up the tool to anyone single users but we have a little work to do before we get there.

How is the yearly spend measured?

100%. We partner with and buy from dealers all the time across any of the major brands.

Yes, we can specify closed line products without a problem and we will procure those through the official dealer channels to guarantee pricing, authenticity, and warranties.

No. We are drawing nerds and proud of it. Eventually we will work to get our users a more clear path to 3D but we are hyper focused elsewhere at the moment.
